By completing the event registration form the attendee is committing to attend and therefore pay for the applicable event (complying with the cancellation policy below). All payments must be made prior to the event. You are encouraged to pay by means of Visa or mastercard. For those booking from abroad these are the only methods of payment acceptable. UK customers may also pay by BACS or cheque or on receipt of an invoice emailed out automatically upon registration. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

If you cancel within 10 working days of the event the full fee remains payable. Cancellations made more than 10 working days before the event will be subject to a 20% administration fee. Companies may nominate a substitute from within their own company if a registered person is unable to attend (please note: certain events have strict registrant criteria, check relevant event for details. Substitution is not guaranteed and is liable to consideration by the event organisers). Should we, under extreme circumstances be required to cancel, we will refund any fees paid to us.

Personal data is gathered in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and your details will be maintained on our electronic database. From time to time BIA may act on behalf of selective 3rd parties to communicate information to you we believe is of relevance to your organisation.
